-Sunday 7:30pm Nidra 30-40 minutes “A marriage between poses and meditation. During Yin practice, you will settle into a deep passive stretches, working on strength and flexibility within the connective tissue and fascia. Moving beyond the first few layers of the physical body to explore deeper with the mental and emotional bodies.”
